I often fail to realize just how fortunate we are to have healthy children. Our youngest was up off and on all night vomiting to the point of dry heaves. It's so awful watching your child struggle like that. This is probably just a "bug" going around the school. I look for him to feel better within a day or so, and hopefully we won't all take a turn with whatever he has. Anyway, I'm keeping little man home from school today and he and I will likely nap most of the day because we are so tired.
It hit me that there are families with very sick children who deal with much worse on a daily basis. My heart goes out to them and I then I humbly thank God for my healthy children!
